For the Mombasa Road Logistics Park, we developed a modern facility that addresses the critical challenges of traditional warehouses.

Natural ventilation
Clerestory windows ensure air circulation throughout the warehouse which eliminates stuffiness at an inexpensive cost.

Maximized storage
We went for a columnless interior to increase the usable storage space and allow flexible use. The open span allows for tall racking systems and the unrestricted movement of large equipment in the warehouse.

Lighting and climate control
We designed lighting to ensure the warehouse was well-lit but not enough to destroy any products. We ensures a delicate balance that prevents both heat buildup and moisture accumulation.

The end design was a warehouse that performed as both a protective storage environment and a highly functional distribution centre.
