Cooperative Bank sought to modernize their banking spaces to meet evolving customer expectations for efficient, streamlined service.
The primary challenge for us was eliminating the bottlenecks that create long queues and frustrated customers.
Our solution
We started by analysing customer patterns and peak-hour traffic.
Using this information, we redesigned the layout with multiple service pathways and flexible configurations to adapt to customer volumes.
The result was spaces that were not only modern but also very functional.
We have been involved in the following branches: Mombasa road, University way, Donholm, Olkalau, Zimmerman, Kilgoris, Bomet and Gigiri.
