Industrial Area's grey, utilitarian environment can stifle creativity and employee morale. For BAT's offices along Likoni Road, we set out to create a deliberate contrast—a workspace that energizes rather than drains.
Clean foundation, creative expression
We established a crisp white base palette to create a clean, modern aesthetic that immediately distinguishes the space from its industrial surroundings. This neutral foundation provided the perfect canvas for strategic color integration throughout the office.
Color as a creative catalyst
Vibrant accents appear thoughtfully across the space—in custom storage solutions, tinted glass partitions, dynamic office seating, and specially designed breakout areas. These pops of color stimulate creativity and maintain visual interest throughout the workday.
Spontaneous collaboration
Recognizing that innovation strikes without warning, we placed whiteboards strategically throughout the office. This ensures teams can capture and develop ideas the moment inspiration hits, regardless of their location within the space.
